Teenie Weenie Mummies

Last night my mother and I hosted our monthly Bunco party!  And since it's October, we had a lot of fun getting into the "Halloweenie" mood by making a super quick and easy appetizer for our guests, Teenie Weenie Mummies!  The ladies inhaled them in 15 mins... which is exactly the amount of time it took to make these simple puppies.  All it takes is 3 or 4 ingredients which you probably already have in your pantry and fridge, and "Voila", you've got yourself a salty but sweet tiny mummy to munch on while you wait for dinner.


What you'll need: 
1 pkg of mini hot dogs
1 pkg of crescent rolls
Mustard
BBQ sauce

and a spider for company...

Step 1:
Roll out the crescent rolls and cut thin strips.

Step 2:

Wrap the strips around each mini hot dog.  Leave some space in between for eyes!

Step 3:
Place mummies on a greased foil lined baking sheet, about an inch apart.

Step 4:
Dot their eyes with mustard then place on a serving platter with bbq sauce and mustard for dipping.
